Terms of use
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only!! I do not support the use of my artwork for commercial purposes such as merch, distribution of copies via sale, or NFTs!!
If these terms are violated I am within my rights to blacklist you from all of my art services and take legal action if deemed necessary in more extreme circumstances!!I post all artwork after completion to my galleries and social media!
I may also use completed works as examples of my work when advertising! Please be aware of this!Once your art is completed you may use it how you please with these terms in mind but if you wish to post the finished product please credit me!!!
Please do not claim my art as your own!!!In the event of a character being sold/traded, you may send the buyer the art purchased or traded from me respective to its original value!!
Design Tos
Designs made by me may be changed any way you like! If you wish to redesign a character you do not need my permission, however, it would be greatly appreciated to still be listed as a partial designer!!You may use characters however you please and it is encouraged to use your new design for projects (commercial or otherwise)!! As long as I receive credit for the design and my original artwork is not redistributed or used for commercial purposes as stated earlier, I’m happy for you to be as creative as you please!!However, please do not use your character designs for anything offensive or harmful!You retain full character rights once a character or design has been purchased from me!
Queue and Turnaround
My queue will be provided to commissioners!My queue also includes my turnaround, a rough estimate for how long it will take for me to complete your commission!
This must be taken into account!! If this is to change I will contact clients where necessary!Please DO NOT spam message me!! This will not be tolerated!!
Updates will be given upon request, but make sure to check my queue first!
Payment
All payments will be taken through PayPal via invoice or my Kofi page!
Payments can be made in instalments but must be disclosed by customers beforehand!I will not start a sketch until at least half of the payment has been received!I will not continue past this stage until I have received the money in full!

Note: I am an SFW artist and will not take extremely NSFW commissions of any kind!
Edits/Rework
It's only natural that some errors may occur and I will correct any mistakes that I may have made!
These edits will not be charged for!!!
I will only do very large edits if I am in the sketching phase of a commission!I will do up to 5 sketch edits, before charging a fee!A sketch will be sent to you for confirmation at this point and after any edits that may have been made!
After that if you would like a rework you will have to pay a fee based on how large the edits are!!I will not tolerate asking for large edits after I have lined, coloured and/or shaded!
Standard and Base Custom design commissions are exempt from this rule due to the nature of the commission and I will be happy to work with you to get the desired results!Mystery customs will have limited edits - up to 3!
Refunds
I will refund based on how far into a commission I am!!
I will give a full refund (100%) if
I have not started a commission
Have not edited/confirmed a sketch
or
I cannot complete your commission!
Partial refunds can be issued after the sketch phase, this includes
Confirmed or Edited sketches (80%)
Once line art has been started (70%)
Once colouring/shading has been started (50%)
If you feel dissatisfied with the experience of commissioning me I will do all I can to rectify the issues!
Please give me constructive feedback based on the experience you had!I may decide to compensate you - NOTE, THERE MUST BE EXCEPTIONAL/ EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THIS!Survey forms will be sent out after the commission process!!
Right to Refuse Service
I retain the right to refuse any commission if I don’t feel comfortable doing it, without having to state a reason!You must bear this in mind before commissioning me, however, I only refuse commissions in rare and exceptional circumstances!
